AKPS was engaged by the Catholic Diocese of Willcannia-Forbes to provide Project Management services for a greenfield school development in Moama, NSW.
From post-DA documentation and consultant procurement through to contractor engagement, contract execution, and Superintendent services, AKPS has delivered a disciplined, client-focused approach throughout the project.
AKPS procured and managed a high-calibre design consultant team, delivering design services within budget and progressing the project from concept to construction.
Following a comprehensive procurement process, the construction contract was awarded under budget, demonstrating AKPS’s commitment to value, diligence, and effective project delivery.
AKPS continues to provide Construction Project Management and Superintendent services, ensuring CEWF’s vision is delivered on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
