Marian Catholic College undertook an extensive redevelopment and refurbishment of their campus, which provided them with industry best facilities throughout their Technological and Applied Science (TAS), Hospitality and Administration spaces.
Engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent, AKPS worked closely with the Lead Architect to facilitate a design that the school was invested in. Complexities of the project required technical understanding on construction and occupied site delivery strategies which AKPS provided guidance, clarity and expertise.
AKPS obtained over $600K of variation savings for our client due to our construction knowledge and onsite presence and understanding of project scope.
