AKPS is engaged by the NSW State Government to deliver exceptional project and design management, alongside Superintendent Services, for the Social Housing development in East Albury. This project merges five existing sites into a single lot, facilitating the construction of a two-story apartment building designed to meet the local social housing needs. The development includes comprehensive infrastructure upgrades for electrical and sewer systems, innovative solar generation and sharing solutions, and the implementation of efficient building practices.
