East Albury Social Housing  

AKPS was engaged by the NSW State Government to deliver project and design management, Superintendent Services, for the Social Housing development in East Albury. By leveraging our expertise in post-tender negotiations, procurement reviews, and contract execution, we ensured the highest standards of service for Homes NSW.

This project merges five existing sites into a single lot, facilitating the construction of two 2-story apartment buildings designed to meet the local social housing needs. The development includes comprehensive infrastructure upgrades for electrical and sewer systems, innovative solar generation and sharing solutions, and the implementation of efficient building practices
