AKPS was engaged by Mars Petcare to manage the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art, highly automated pet food facility in Wodonga. Built to expand Mars’ global capacity for pouched products, the facility leverages advanced automation to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
