Koki Apartments – Falls Creek

AKPS were engaged for Project Management services by MP Group to deliver the refurbishment of the Koki Apartments at Falls Creek.
The works included a complete internal demolition and repurpose of an existing structure. Structure converted a number of small use accommodation into large format luxury apartments ready for sale.
AKPS’s involvement within the project was to act as a project managing body in a managing contract arrangement between the developer MP Group and the sub-contractor base. Complexities around the build was seen in the location being an alpine environment, limited resourcing of trades and window of time between the summer and snow season for access. Project was delivered in time for the 2023 snow season.
